What is the Site Fix service (R1,499)?
We run a full 20-check audit on your site, then our team fixes every finding: security headers, exposed config files, mixed content, SEO issues, broken redirects, and more. You receive a before/after score report and a dev hand-off PDF. Fixed-price, once-off, no subscription. Send an enquiry and we confirm scope and turnaround within 1 business day. How does Monitor (R399/mo) work?
Monitor 1 site. Automated scans run weekly. If a score drops, you get an email alert, plus full findings, fix steps, and the PDF for every scan. Set up via a quick enquiry while we finalise self-service signup; we onboard you within 1 business day. Cancel anytime.
What is the Agency White-label plan (R499/mo)?
For web design, SEO, and marketing agencies. Monitor unlimited client sites and send branded monthly health reports under your own logo and colours. R499/mo flat; charge your clients whatever you like (most fold it into a care plan). Daily or weekly scans, full findings, fix steps, and PDF on every report. Subscribe directly via PayFast.
What is the PageSpeed/Lighthouse check?
We call the Google PageSpeed Insights API to get real Lighthouse performance scores including FCP, LCP, TBT, CLS and Speed Index. This check runs live on every scan and the result is shown on the free view.
Is payment secure?
The R99 report unlock and the R499/mo Agency subscription are processed by PayFast, a South African PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details. Site Fix and Monitor are invoiced directly after enquiry.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. The R99 report unlock and Site Fix work are non-refundable once delivered/commenced. See our refund policy.
