Plan required: Scheduled scans are available on the Solo (R499/mo) and Agency (R1 199/yr) plans. Solo covers 1 domain; Agency covers up to 10.
How scheduled scans work
Once you enable a scheduled scan for a domain, we automatically run the full health check on the same calendar day each month. The scan is identical to a manual scan - all 20 checks, full Lighthouse audit - just triggered automatically.
When the scan completes, we:
- Generate an updated PDF report
- Email it to your registered address
- On Agency tier, also email the white-labelled version to your nominated client address (optional)
- Record the score in your history so you can track month-on-month trends
Setting up your first scheduled scan
Currently, scheduled scans are configured manually. Email hello@nel404labs.co.za with:
- The URL(s) you want to schedule
- Your preferred day of the month (e.g. "1st" or "15th")
- The email address to receive reports
- For Agency: the client email address (if you want us to CC them directly)
Coming soon: A self-service dashboard to manage scheduled scans without emailing us. Sign up to the Agency tier and you will get early access.

White-label tenants (Agency tier)
What is white-labelling?
White-label mode replaces all Nel404 Labs branding in the report with your own. Your clients receive a PDF that looks like it comes from your business - not from us.
What gets customised
- Report header logo (your logo file, PNG or SVG)
- Primary brand colour (used for score rings and section headings)
- Report footer text (your company name and contact details)
- From-name on report delivery emails (e.g. "Monthly Report from Acme Web")
Setting up white-label
Email hello@nel404labs.co.za with subject "White-label setup" and include:
- Your logo file (PNG or SVG, at least 400px wide, transparent background preferred)
- Your primary hex colour code (e.g.
#1d4ed8)
- Your company name and contact details for the report footer
- The display name you want on outbound emails
We configure your tenant within one business day. You can request updates at any time.
Limits
- Solo: 1 scheduled domain
- Agency: up to 10 scheduled domains
- Scans run once per month per domain (no more frequent scheduling at this time)
- Scan history retained for 12 months
